Hello, and welcome!

I'm Prachi, a passionate gymnast, pancake lover, and overall fitness enthusiast(that's me doing an aerial on the left). As a busy middle schooler student, I love recipes that are quick, easy to make, nutritious, and, most important of all, delicious. A lot of people think that healthy and tasty don't go hand in hand, and I created this blog to disprove that myth.

That being said, life is all about balance. Why do you think I have a dessert column? The treats you'll find there do have a nutritional boost though.
